3. What you can report
You may file a complaint about, among other things: content that is unlawful or violates the IT Rules, 2021 or our Community Guidelines; impersonation of you or your organisation; infringement of your intellectual property rights; violations of your privacy, including publication of private information or images without consent; and grievances about your account or the handling of your data on the platform.
4. Response timelines
We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours of receipt and resolve it within 15 days, as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Complaints concerning content depicting a person in full or partial nudity, in a sexual act, or in impersonated form are actioned within 24 hours of receipt, as required by Rule 3(2)(b).
5. How to file a complaint
Email grievance@misar.blog with: the URL(s) of the content or account concerned; a description of the issue and the legal or policy basis of your complaint; any supporting evidence; and your name and contact details so we can respond. You will receive an acknowledgement with a reference identifier.
6. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (GAC) constituted by the Central Government under Rule 3A of the IT Rules, 2021, within 30 days of receiving our decision, at https://gac.gov.in. Nothing in this mechanism limits your right to approach a court of competent jurisdiction.
