How to report copyright infringement on Misar.Blog — notice requirements, counter-notices, and our repeat-infringer policy.
1. Overview
Misar.Blog respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and to equivalent notices under other applicable copyright laws.
2. Filing a copyright infringement notice
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include: 1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on the owner's behalf. 2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by one notice). 3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it — include the full misar.blog URL(s). 4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address. 5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
3. Where to send notices
Send copyright infringement notices to dmca@misar.blog. Notices are accepted at this address on behalf of Misar AI Technology Private Limited, the operator of Misar.Blog. Incomplete notices may not be actionable; we may contact you for the missing elements.
4. What happens after a valid notice
On receipt of a valid notice we will review it and, where appropriate, expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified material. We notify the user who posted the material, provide them a copy of the notice, and inform them of their right to submit a counter-notice.
5. Counter-notice process
If you believe material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@misar.blog containing: 1. Your physical or electronic signature. 2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal. 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification. 4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Misar.Blog may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days.
