Before you can enable monetization on your articles, you must read and accept this agreement.
This agreement governs the relationship between you (the Creator) and Misar AI Technology Pvt. Ltd. / Assisters LLC (collectively "MisarBlog") for the purposes of content monetization.
1. Definitions
- Creator: You, the individual who has registered an account and wishes to monetize content on MisarBlog.
- Platform: The MisarBlog service at misar.blog and associated subdomains.
- Content: Articles, newsletters, and other written works you publish on the Platform.
- Revenue: Payments received by Creators from readers via subscriptions, tips, or paid article purchases.
- Platform Fee: The percentage of revenue retained by MisarBlog to cover infrastructure, payment processing, and platform development.
2. Revenue Sharing
MisarBlog operates on a transparent revenue-sharing model:
- Creator Share: 75% of net revenue after payment processor fees
- Platform Fee: 25% — used for server infrastructure, AI features, security, payment processing overhead, and platform development
- Payment processor fees (Stripe): ~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, deducted before the 75/25 split
- Payouts are processed monthly for balances above $20 USD
