Creator Partnership Agreement

<p class="text-muted-foreground mb-8">Last updated: February 2, 2026 — Version 1.0</p> <div class="mb-8 border border-primary/30 rounded-lg p-6 bg-primary/5"> <p class="font-medium mb-2">Before you can enable monetization on your articles, you must read and accept this agreement.</p> <p class="text-muted-foreground text-sm">This agreement governs the relationship between you (the Creator) and Misar AI Technology Pvt Ltd / Assisters LLC (collectively "MisarBlog") for the purposes of content monetization.</p> </div> <section class="mb-8"> <h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold tracking-tight mb-4">1. Definitions</h2> <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-muted-foreground space-y-2"> <li><strong>Creator</strong>: You, the individual who has registered an account and wishes to monetize content on MisarBlog.</li> <li><strong>Platform</strong>: The MisarBlog service at misar.blog and associated subdomains.</li> <li><strong>Content</strong>: Articles, newsletters, and other written works you publish on the Platform.</li> <li><strong>Revenue</strong>: Payments received by Creators from readers via subscriptions, tips, or paid article purchases.</li> <li><strong>Platform Fee</strong>: The percentage of revenue retained by MisarBlog to cover infrastructure, payment processing, and platform development.</li> </ul> </section> <section class="mb-8"> <h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold tracking-tight mb-4">2. Revenue Sharing</h2> <p class="text-muted-foreground mb-4">MisarBlog operates on a transparent revenue-sharing model:</p> <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-muted-foreground space-y-2 mb-4"> <li><strong>Creator Share: 75%</strong> of net revenue after payment processor fees</li> <li><strong>Platform Fee: 25%</strong> — used for server infrastructure, AI features, security, payment processing overhead, and platform development</li> <li>Payment processor fees (Stripe): ~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, deducted before the 75/25 split</li> <li>Payouts are processed monthly for balances above $20 USD</li> </ul> <p class="text-muted-foreground text-sm">Example: A reader pays $10 for your article. After Stripe's ~$0.59 fee, the net is $9.41. You receive $7.06 (75%), MisarBlog retains $2.35 (25%).</p> </section> <section class="mb-8"> <h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold tracking-tight mb-4">3. Creator Obligations</h2> <p class="text-muted-foreground mb-4">As a monetizing Creator, you agree to:</p> <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-muted-foreground space-y-2"> <li>Publish only original content that you have the rights to monetize</li> <li>Accurately represent your content (no misleading titles, descriptions, or paywalls)</li> <li>Honor refund requests for content that materially misrepresents what was advertised</li> <li>Comply with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction; you are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings</li> <li>Provide accurate payout information (Stripe account details)</li> <li>Comply with MisarBlog's <a href="/community-guidelines" class="text-primary hover:underline">Community Guidelines</a> and <a href="/terms" class="text-primary hover:underline">Terms of Service</a></li> <li>Disclose AI-assisted content using the platform's disclosure feature</li> </ul> </section> <section class="mb-8"> <h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold tracking-tight mb-4">4. Platform Obligations</h2> <p class="text-muted-foreground mb-4">MisarBlog commits to:</p> <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-muted-foreground space-y-2"> <li>Processing payouts accurately and on schedule</li> <li>Providing transparent earnings dashboards and transaction records</li> <li>Giving 30 days notice before changing the revenue split percentage</li> <li>Maintaining platform security to protect Creator content and earnings</li> <li>Not using Creator content to train AI models without explicit consent</li> <li>Providing tools to export your content and data at any time</li> </ul> </section> <section class="mb-8"> <h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold tracking-tight mb-4">5. Content License</h2> <p class="text-muted-foreground mb-4">You retain full ownership of your content. By publishing monetized content, you grant MisarBlog a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:</p> <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-muted-foreground space-y-2"> <li>Display your content to paying subscribers and purchasers</li> <li>Index your content for search and discovery features</li> <li>Create preview excerpts for marketing and discovery (up to 300 words)</li> <li>Cache and deliver your content via CDN for performance</li> </ul> <p class="text-muted-foreground mt-4">This license is limited to operating the Platform and terminates when you delete your content or account.</p> </section> <section class="mb-8"> <h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold tracking-tight mb-4">6. Prohibited Monetization</h2> <p class="text-muted-foreground mb-4">You may not monetize content that:</p> <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-muted-foreground space-y-2"> <li>Violates MisarBlog's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service</li> <li>Infringes third-party intellectual property rights</li> <li>Is primarily AI-generated without substantial human authorship</li> <li>Constitutes fraud, scams, or deceptive practices</li> <li>Is illegal in any jurisdiction where MisarBlog operates</li> </ul> </section> <section class="mb-8"> <h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold tracking-tight mb-4">7. Termination</h2> <p class="text-muted-foreground mb-4">Either party may terminate this agreement:</p> <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-muted-foreground space-y-2"> <li><strong>By you:</strong> Disable monetization in your dashboard at any time. Pending payouts will be processed on the next payout date.</li> <li><strong>By MisarBlog:</strong> We may suspend monetization for violations of this agreement, Community Guidelines, or Terms of Service. You will be notified and given 7 days to appeal unless the violation involves illegal activity.</li> </ul> <p class="text-muted-foreground mt-4">Upon termination, MisarBlog will pay out any remaining earnings above the $20 payout threshold within 30 days.</p> </section> <section class="mb-8"> <h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold tracking-tight mb-4">8. Dispute Resolution</h2> <p class="text-muted-foreground mb-4">In case of disputes regarding earnings, content removal, or agreement interpretation, contact us at <a href="mailto:creators@misar.blog" class="text-primary hover:underline">creators@misar.blog</a>. We aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days. If unresolved, disputes are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.</p> </section> <section class="mb-8"> <h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold tracking-tight mb-4">9. Changes to This Agreement</h2> <p class="text-muted-foreground mb-4">MisarBlog may update this agreement. For material changes (including revenue split changes), we will:</p> <ul class="list-disc pl-6 text-muted-foreground space-y-2"> <li>Notify you by email at least 30 days in advance</li> <li>Display a notice in your dashboard</li> <li>Require re-acceptance for the new version before monetization continues</li> </ul> </section> <section class="mb-8"> <h2 class="text-2xl font-semibold tracking-tight mb-4">10.
